HKSTP’s Incubation programme helps technology startups develop their first solutions from early stage technical builds, market exploration and business development. This 3-year programme offers comprehensive services including funding and R&D support, mentorship, investor matching and more.

Since 1999, the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) has been successfully held for 26 consecutive editions, becoming an integral part of China's national innovation system, a key window for the high-tech sector to open up to the outside world, and a major platform for the exchange and trade of high-tech achievements.

To deepen the integration of industry, academia, and research and promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in conjunction with the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, held a two-day event in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. The event brought together over 3,500 participants from government, academia, the innovation and technology industry, the investment sector, and the general public. Through a variety of formats, including a conference, roundtable forums, results exhibitions, and project roadshows, the event showcased PolyU's cutting-edge research achievements.

The world’s largest start-up and investor event, “Expand North Star” powered by GITEX GLOBAL, will debut in Dubai. This global event will create new marketplaces for the digital economy, connecting a worldwide network of tech companies, investors, and innovators. It will showcase tech giants and innovative start-ups in fields such as Greentech, Fintech, Healthtech, AI, and more, offering unprecedented opportunities.

The research centre aims to catalyse industry-academia-research collaboration for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong technology.
