All products sold by our shop are guaranteed to be brand new and the boxes will not be opened for inspection before dispatch.
If the product packaging box is scratched or dented, this is caused during transportation, so we are unable to provide return or exchange service for packaging issues only; We will wrap the products with bubble wrap for protection during delivery, but the logistics process may still cause damage to the outer box. your understanding is appreciated.
Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled; our shop does not provide any order change/cancellation service.
