All products sold by our shop are guaranteed to be brand new and the boxes will not be opened for inspection before dispatch.
If the product packaging box is scratched or dented, this is caused during transportation, so we are unable to provide return or exchange service for packaging issues only; We will wrap the products with bubble wrap for protection during delivery, but the logistics process may still cause damage to the outer box. your understanding is appreciated.

Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.
Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled; our shop does not provide any order change/cancellation service.
From the moment the customer confirms and pays for the order, our shop will place the order with the supplier and pay them in full, so refunds will not be given due to supplier shipping schedule or delivery delays.
Pre-order items may arrive earlier or later than expected; this is a normal situation and we are unable to notify customers one by one. Placing an order means you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement. If you have any questions, please actively contact customer service.
Shipping days are counted in working days (excluding Sundays, Mondays and public holidays).
Each order can only enjoy return or exchange service once.
If the product surface has minor manufacturing imperfections that do not affect normal use, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
